Adam commenced his commercial tutelage in real estate investment and advisory as a key member of the Real Estate Investment Banking team at Macquarie Group in Melbourne. Whilst at Macquarie Adam was involved in the origination and execution of numerous successful real estate transactions including 171 Collins Street, The World Trade Centre, Springthorpe and Q2.
Having grown up in a self-employed Real Estate family, Adam took the opportunity to follow in their footsteps and established JAK in 2011 with Daniel.
Adam has quickly developed a reputation for identifying and sourcing unique investment opportunities. Through his innovative problem-solving and sound risk management he has consistently delivered wonderful outcomes for his clients, partners and investors.
Over his years of investing, Adam has developed strong relationships with high calibre professionals across all property disciplines – this network aides his ability to successfully invest, develop and advise.
