Daniel commenced his professional career with Lend Lease in Melbourne working across their retail portfolio before moved to Macquarie Bank in 2002. Working in Macquarie’s Real Estate Investment Banking team for over six years, Daniel worked in both their Melbourne and Perth offices, being involved in the acquisition of 500 hectares of land in Whitby, the joint venture development of Concept Blue in Melbourne and a number of land subdivision projects.
Having gained international experience whilst working at Hines Property Group in London, Daniel returned to Melbourne and co-founded JAK with Adam in 2011.
Daniel’s hands on experience across a wide breadth of real estate transactions when complimented with his strong accounting background ensures he is expert across the establishment, implementation and management of investment vehicles.
Daniel is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and is Responsible Manager for JAK’s Wholesale Syndicates.
