JAK has established a Funding Alliance to assist our developer clients access wholesale capital and to provide our investors with a product that delivers superior risk adjusted returns.

Through our network of developers, and experience as principle investors, we are able to access high quality senior and mezzanine debt investment opportunities with reputable partners.

The JAK Funding Alliance, is a wholesale contributory mortgage scheme, allowing investors to choose specific debt investments which suit their risk profile and investment horizon. All investments made via the Funding Alliance will be secured by a 1^st ranking or 2^nd ranking registered mortgage over real assets.
