Through our network of developers, and experience as principle investors, we are able to access high quality senior and mezzanine debt investment opportunities with reputable partners.

 

The JAK Funding Alliance, is a wholesale contributory mortgage scheme, allowing investors to choose specific debt investments which suit their risk profile and investment horizon. All investments made via the Funding Alliance will be secured by a 1st ranking or 2nd ranking registered mortgage over real assets.
