James has multiple years’ experience in real estate analysis, with extensive experience in due diligence, capital structures and strategic advice focusing on asset repositioning.
Prior to joining JAK, James held a number of strategic roles in the telecommunications sector. Utilising his dynamic financial modelling skills, James was a Business Analyst initially responsible for business improvement initiatives before moving into commercial finance.
Originally from Melbourne James has always had an interest in its growth on the world scale. This interest quickly grew to passion and formed the catalyst to commence work in real estate, specifically with JAK.
James is responsible for financial analysis across JAK’s acquisitions and current investments, and managing assets to execute investment strategy including Docklands strata offices and multiple land subdivision and commercial assets. His understanding of the complexities of real estate transactions and operations enables him to communicate strategic advice clearly to clients, highlighting respective key drivers and sensitivities.
